Hotline attorneys compiling covering the courts guide, seeking reporters’ input As a service to members, the KPA and the Hotline attorneys are putting together a Reporter's Guide to Kentucky Courts. This guide is intended for use by reporters who cover civil and criminal matters in the state district courts, circuit courts, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Among other things, it will contain definitions of commonly used legal terms and brief explanations of common legal proceedings.
